At Acuity Technologies, we know our people are responsible for our success. Their resourcefulness and commitment to doing the job right is the reason we still get to do what we do.

Josh Anderson — CEO

Josh is the founder and CEO of Acuity Technologies. Without bills tying him down (and not knowing any better), he left college early to start his first company, CDSI. Several years and many mistakes later, Acuity Technologies (née Telephony Partners) was born. Josh is an instrument-rated private pilot, an avid road biker, amateur motorcycle racer, and thoroughly enjoys his coffee addiction (that's the sound you often hear if you call our offices around 2pm).


Courtney Cress — Vice President, Operations

Courtney brings 15+ years of performance driven experience in the Voice, Data, and Wireless industry to Acuity. Prior to joining the team, Courtney was the Telecom Technical Director for the 8th Largest CPA firm whom acquired her Telecom Audit and Consulting practice. Courtney has owned and operated 5 businesses, 4 of which were built from the ground up within the Telecommunications industry. Courtney’s life purpose is to remove all barriers and bias creating a world of hope, love and success by inspiring others to reach their goals and dreams through sharing her experiences and gift of influence one small impactful interaction at a time. She strives to be a true servant leader and values the importance of being a perpetual student. Outside of the office, Courtney is a mother to two beautiful girls. She gives back to the community as a sponsor, mentor and coach for women and children suffering from addiction, domestic violence, or other life-threatening circumstances.


    Jack Plating — Vice President, Mobility Managed Services

    Jack hails from Lakeland, FL where he resides with his wife, their 4 kids and one very gregarious labradoodle. His favorite pastimes are traveling, cycling, and quality time with his not-so-little family. He also enjoys time spent in the kitchen creating delicious meals for his wife, kids and friends. After growing up in the Washington metropolitan area he migrated to Florida to attend Florida Southern College. Upon graduating and getting hitched to his best friend (they married the day after graduation), he struck out into the wild world of wireless with Nextel Communications where he focused on the State and Local Government market. At the first chance he saw, Jack moved back to the Sunshine state, moving on from Nextel to lead a sales team within Verizon Wireless in the Tampa Bay area. Later, he gained experience with leading OEMs like BlackBerry and Motorola. Jack has a wide range of mobile communications leadership and security expertise. Jack’s biggest asset in both his personal and professional life is his focus on relationships. He truly believes that people come first. At Acuity, he leads our Managed Mobility Services Practice.


    Kris Mathey — Vice President, Carrier Services

    Kris was born and raised in Clermont, FL. After earning his bachelors degree from the University of Florida, Kris moved to Atlanta, GA to begin his career with AT&T as a Client Solutions Executive for their Corporate Business Solutions sales division. During his tenure with AT&T Kris managed an account base that billed several million dollars in annual revenue. Looking to use his experience and knowledge of the industry, Kris found his way to the Acuity team. During his free time Kris enjoys spending time with his wife Christine and son Parker. Most of the time you can find them at the beach, trying new restaurants or traveling! Kris is also an avid GATOR fan! You will find him year round wearing his orange and blue while cheering on his Alma Mater!


    Lora Ferrer — Director of Operations

    Lora is a Florida native. She came to Acuity with many years of Management, Operations and Human Resources experience. She is a firm believer in "The sky is the limit" and you will rarely find her without a smile on her face. Family is everything to her and creating happiness for everyone she meets is her goal. Lora enjoys traveling, going to amusement parks, and time at the beach with her family.


    Vanessa Herrera — Client Success Manager

    Vanessa is a Philadelphia native with over 10 years of project management experience in the technology industry. As Client Success Manager, Vanessa works to ensure projects are being smoothly delivered within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Villanova University. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking or long walks, when they are in the pursuit of caffeinated beverages.


      Glenn Freeman — Human Resources / Administrative Manager

      Glenn was born in the small town of Beaufort, SC. While attending college he felt a need for change and decided to join the U. S. Marine Corps. During his 20-year career, Glenn was an Enlisted Drill Instructor, Officer Candidate School Instructor, and Manpower Chief. He has deployed around the world and successfully completed 4 Mediterranean deployments and three combat tours (1 Iraq and 2 Afghanistan). After 20 years of Service Glenn retired from the USMC decided to call Riverview, FL home. Glenn has always been dedicated to policies, processes, and protocol which guided him to a second career in the Human Resources field. During his free time Glenn enjoys spending time with his family, weight training, riding his motorcycle, and the shooting sports.


        Marisa Goncalves — Partner Support Specialist

        Marisa was born in Houston, Texas and moved to Sao Paulo, Brazil when she was 10. She has over 20 years of experience in customer service, project implementation and management. She worked for 10 years at ATT and was responsible for the IBM Latin America as project implementation and IBM Canada as project manager. Marisa is always willing to go the extra mile and is dedicated to her accounts. Her goal is her PMP certification, currently enrolled in PMP preparation classes. She loves to read, listen to music and dance.


        Ronna Terzado — Partner Support Specialist

        Ronna is born and raised in Tampa, FL. She has over 20 years’ experience in the Telecom industry in customer service, delivery, and implementation. Ronna is very dedicated to her clients and is very good in handling multiple accounts. She has a broad understanding is all current telecom products and services. In her spare time, she likes to travel with husband and enjoys interior design.


          Alanna McKinney — Partner Support Specialist

          Alanna was born and raised in Tampa, FL. She spent 9 years in the legal field perfecting her skills in professionalism, attention to detail, and positive communication style. She found her way to Acuity after seeking a more challenging career path. When she is not working, she enjoys art and fashion design, and has achieved 3 degrees in that related field in Dallas, Texas. You can always find her doing charity events, in the gym, or finding any possible way to help others.


            Dushaun Sattiewhite — VOIP Engineer

            Dushaun came to Acuity with vast experience and knowledge in VOIP services and engineering concepts. He is a man of few words, so he says. What makes Dushaun tick? A passion for technology, gadgets and gummy bears (In no specific order), but it should be added that laughter follows him closely. If you would like to grab his attention merely mention something techy and his eyes magically light up.


              Diego Romero — Mobility Team Lead

              Diego was born in Chile and raised in Australia and the United States. From an early age, he developed a skill set with technology while learning the latest developments and tinkering with devices. After two and half years working with Verizon Wireless, he joined the Acuity team looking to contribute his years of experience with customer service, mobility and his affinity for technology. During his free time, Diego likes to stay current with several of his favorite activities such as mountain biking, paint-balling, and Disc Jockeying. These fun activities are shared alongside his wife and their dog “Google”.


              Tyler Stoltz — Mobility Team Member

              Tyler comes to the Acuity family with a mix of mobility & PC support from many angles. From a young age, he has always tinkered with tech & lately with an increase in mobility. He spent years with companies such as Dell, AT&T, T-Mobile & Verizon & discovered his passion for customer service. Beyond the technology, Tyler takes a strong interest in nutritional and physical wellness. When time permits, he can also be found behind the timbering silos of any nearby drum set or next to his glowing Xbox console. If Florida weather holds up, he might be found with his wife, Katie, at theme parks like Disney or Universal Studios!


              Devan Stavish — Mobility Team Member

              Devan joined the Acuity team and he brings his own twist. A good portion of his past has been in the retail and customer service emphasis versus a mobility or service desk support. With a little quick thinking, the team has guided the technical knowledge and Devan plays a large role in the mobility support team to this day. When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him working on his car or maybe at the baseball field. Living in Florida, where it’s the center of the sun most days, cooling off inside is easy sitting at an Xbox. Add a side of wings and curly fries and we’re set.


                Nate Brown — Mobility Team Member

                Nate was born in Jacksonville, FL where he a took a keen interest in cellular technology. As a youth, he would save all of his lunch money just to buy cell phones. Growing up he originally had dreams of playing Running Back for his beloved Jacksonville Jaguars but eventually started to pursue other passions as life progressed. A week after graduating high school he enrolled at the University of South Florida and began studying Managing Information Systems. Upon completion of his studies he worked with Bloomin Brands and Verifone Systems before joining the Acuity family. Outside the office you can find him cheering on his alma mater sporting his green and gold or at a bowling alley trying to keep the ball out the gutter!


                Tressina Carpenter — Mobility Team Member

                Tressina was Born and raised in Salem, Massachusetts and is a New England sports fan. She Loves science, technology, and learning about different cultures. Tressina is also a Certified Massage Therapist. Due to always having an affinity for cutting edge electronics, Tressina decided to take a chance in Technology which has opened many doors of possibilities for her. Tressina is currently attending Strayer pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice. Her hobbies include gardening, cooking, reading, and spending time with her daughter and fiancé playing video games.


                  Brandon Garrett — Business Analyst

                  Brandon was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. At the young age of 17 he joined the military enlisting as a Communications Specialist in the Army National Guard. He’s a proud US Army Veteran with 9 years of honorable service including a combat tour in Iraq 2005-2006 during Operation Iraqi Freedom III. After transitioning from the military equipped with his Army communications background Brandon entered the amazing world of wireless communications at Verizon Enterprise Solutions working in Business and Government Customer Operations. During his 6 years at Verizon he became a Global Enterprise Advisor responsible for managing customer relationships, project tracking, mobility auditing and monthly expenses management for several large multi-national and government customers. Brandon brings a wealth of wireless industry billing, analysis and process management experience to the Acuity team which he joined in 2016 as a Business Analyst. When he’s not crunching the numbers, he seeks to “connect, impact, and give back”. He does this by exploring and collecting new fun life experiences via traveling, creating original art work, mentoring young adults as well as volunteering in his community.
